One of the fish caught by fishermen in Larantuka is fish which can play an important role in the lives of local people to earn income. The aim of this research is to find out what fish are caught and the diversity of fish caught by East Flores Sea fishermen, East Flores Regency. The research method used in this research is an exploratory descriptive method with a quantitative approach, with the aim of describing the results of identifying the diversity of fish catches in the East Flores Sea, East Fkores Regency. After conducting research, results were obtained which will later be used as a biology learning resource. The research results from fishermen's catches in the East Flores sea consist of 19 species of fish; then the Diversity Index (H') for station 1 has a value of 0.31; station 2 has a value of 0.37; and station 3 has a value of 0.37. Station 1, station 2, and station 3 have an average value of 1.04 which is classified as moderate diversity. Station 1's Evenness Index (E) has a value of 0.10; station 2 has a value of 0.12; and station 3 has a value of 0.12. Station 1, station 2, and station 3 have an average value of 0.37 which is classified as high population evenness. The Dominance Index (D) of station1 has a value of 0.03; station 2 has a value of 0.17; and station 3 has a value of 0.17. Station 1, station 2, and station 3 have an average value of 0.37 which is classified as moderate dominance.
