Cases of domestic violence must be overcome, as there is still a stigma in society that considers men to be superior to women. The basis of the research used is a qualitative approach. The technique in this research involves collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The location of this research is at the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service in the city of Bogor. The results of the research show that there are several forms of assistance provided by the Bogor City DP3A to victims of domestic violence. These include legal assistance and consultation services, psychological assistance and consultation services, victim outreach services, mediation, shelter or temporary accommodation. Factors that hinder the implementation of assistance to victims of domestic violence crimes in the Bogor City DP3A include, the reports that come in often have no continuous news from the victims, there is still a lack of experts in the Bogor City DP3A, there are still few victims who want to report their cases to the police, the companions have difficulty in carry out outreach to victims due to the victim's environmental factors. Suggestions, available facilities still need to be improved, in transferring cases you need to wait for a response from the target party. The researcher's suggestions hope that society can increase their awareness in understanding what acts of violence against women are, especially in the domestic sphere.
