Abstract
This research aims to analyze the internal inventory control system at Made's Banana Flours Bakery Bali. This research uses qualitative research using secondary and primary data. The data collection technique used in this research is through interviews and documentation with the research results, namely: 1) Made's Banana Flours Bakery Bali has separated functional responsibilities well. However, there are still multiple positions in the warehouse admin whose duties include physical inventory counting, goods receiving function, and checking function; 2) Made's Banana Flours Bakery Bali has implemented a good authorization system and recording procedures; 3) Made's Banana Flours Bakery Bali is quite good at implementing healthy practices in carrying out its duties and functions, but there are also problems due to damage to main raw materials and obsolescence of raw material supplies; 4) Made's Banana Flours Bakery Bali applies employees whose quality is in accordance with their responsibilities, namely through a training period at the beginning of the recruitment period based on each unit.
