PENGARUH FAKTOR SOSIAL DAN EKONOMI TERHADAP PEMBAGIAN WARIS DI MASYARAKAT MASA KINI (Perbandingan Pemikiran Hazairin dan Muhammad Syahrur)

Hazairin and Muhammad Syahrur, who have ideas about contemporary inheritance law, are also influenced by several factors, including social factors and economic factors. Social factors are changes that occur in society from one level of life to another. As a result, these changes will symbolize the movements faced and experienced by certain communities. In the end, the community is forced to adapt to a new life or, conversely, try to return to its original situation, it all depends on the community's own choices. while economic factors are human life processes related to the production, distribution and consumption of goods and services. This research uses qualitative research and includes library research. The aim of this research is to determine: (1) the influence of social and economic factors on the use of inheritance according to Hazairin and Muhammad Syahrur, (2) the influence of social and economic factors on the use of inheritance in today's society, and (3) the relevance of inheritance distribution in Indonesia related to the theory of dividing the inheritance of Hazairin and Muhammad Syahrur. From several research objectives, it can be concluded that Hazairin and Muhammad Syahrur each have strong argumentative reasons for the inheritance distribution process.
