PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL DAN KINERJA LINGKUNGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

This study aims to test and empirically analyze the effect of capital structure and environmental performance on firm value with managerial ownership as a moderating variable. The population in this study was 5 company sectors, namely the Basic Materials, Industrial, Energy, Consumer Non-Cyclicals, and Consumer Cyclicals sectors be listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021-2022, with a sample of 75 companies obtained. The number of samples is determined using purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing uses the SPSS version 29 tools with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test moderation. The results of this study show that capital structure has an effect on firm value. Environmental performance has no effect on firm value. Managerial ownership does not moderate the effect of capital structure and environmental performance on firm value.
