Abstract
This research discusses the role of Save The Children as an International Non-Governmental Organization in addressing child trafficking issues in India due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The conceptual framework utilized by the author is the concept of International Non-Governmental Organizations proposed by David Lewis and Nazneen Kanji, which outlines three roles of INGOs, implementer, catalyst, and partner. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method through literature review. The findings indicate that Save The Children, as an International Non-Governmental Organization, has fulfilled all three roles in addressing child trafficking issues in India during the Covid-19 pandemic. Firstly, as an implementer, it has provided training, education, and services to victims. Secondly, as a catalyst, it has advocated, monitored, and innovated solutions. Lastly, as a partner, it has collaborated with the Indian government, private institutions, international organizations, and non-governmental organizations to address the issue of child trafficking in India resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic.
