Abstract
Background: In improving optimal health and quality nursing rounds are one of the effective nursing care strategies in initiating a change in aspects of care. Nursing rounds can aim to address client nursing problems carried out by nurses with patients or families actively involved in discussions by discussing nursing problems and evaluating the results of actions that have been taken (Muslimin, 2022). In this final scientific work raises the problem of nursing management, namely nursing rounds that have not been optimally carried out in the UMM Hospital rose room. For this reason, this final scientific work aims to identify the implementation of nursing rounds in the rose room ofRs. University of Muhammadiyah Malang.
Methods: The research method used in the preparation of this Final Scientific Work uses a case study report, the author follows the scientific method according to the rules of the nursing process which includes: Assessment, Data Analysis, Nursing Interventions, Implementation, and Evaluation. In the assessment process, the author uses various data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation studies to collect various data from the rose room and various data about the patient.
Results: After the Nursing Round in the rose room of Rs UMM there was an improvement from before the nursing round and after the nursing round there was satisfaction from the patient and the patient's family and improved communication between health workers, the treatment objectives set previously were achieved.
Discussion: Nursing Management problems in the rose room with the non-implementation of the Nursing Round which can cause a lot of harm to patients and health workers, the actions that have been taken are the implementation of nursing rounds in the rose room of UMM Hospital, it is not enough just to do this, the recommendations that are needed and may be continued are improving communication between health workers, and socializing the SOP of nursing rounds in the rose room.
