TINJAUAN YURIDIS TINDAKAN HUKUM JAKSA DALAM MELAKUKAN RESTORATIVE JUSTICE PADA PERKARA KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA (STUDI KASUS NO. PDM-04/SAMPANG/01/2022 KEJAKSAAN NEGERI SAMPANG)

Cases of domestic violence can often be resolved through various methods, including restorative justice implemented by the Sampang District Prosecutor's Office. Restorative justice is a crime in which the perpetrator, the victim, the families of the perpetrator and victim, and other criminal parties work together to find a solution to the crime and to recover from a situation that makes it difficult to reintegrate into society. The aim of this investigation is to clarify how mediation in the field of restorative justice is implemented as a form of resolving criminal acts of domestic violence at the Sampang District Prosecutor's Office, and what pattern is adopted. The field of restorative justice in cases of domestic violence is practiced at the Sampang District Prosecutor's Office. The research method used in this research is an empirical method with a qualitative approach. The results of the investigation were carried out thanks to the Prosecutor's efforts in carrying out mediation in accordance with Article 5 Paragraph 1 of the Order of the Director of Public Prosecutions Number 15 of 2020. Restorative justice will last for 14 days after the investigator sends a letter to the attorney.
