Abstract
One of the many routes that connects Malang Regency with the City Malang
is the Mojosari Highway part of Malang Regency. This road is busy with traffic
activity and busy with activities along the sides of the road. On Mojosari Highway there is a traffic jam problem during peak hours. The MKJI 1997 method is an analytical approach used in research on the performance of this road section. Based on analytical calculations that The current level of road condition saturation is > 0.85. To lower the saturation degree value, there are two options provided. Selected the second of the two options, which requires changing the road geometry and prohibits selling and parking activities on the shoulder of the road and gets a saturation degree value of 0.66. A review of the performance of the Mojosari Highway section shows that his party will continue to provide a stable level of service with selected improvements over the next five years is obtained The saturation degree value is 0.84 in 2029. The widening project will cost a total of Rp.405.285.023,82
