ANALISIS PERUBAHAN SOSIAL EKONOMI PADA MASYARAKAT DESA MOJODELIK DENGAN BERDIRINYA PERUSAHAAN MINYAK (EXXON MOBILE) DI KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

Industrial development as the main driver of economic growth has a complex impact on the social and economic aspects of the community. This research was conducted in Mojodelik Village, Bojonegoro Regency, which is an oil exploration area for Exxon Mobile. As a large company, Exxon Mobile plays a significant role in the socioeconomic changes in this region. The positive impacts of Exxon Mobile's presence include contributing to local economic growth, but also creating problems of unemployment and youth dependency on the mining industry. Changes in land use from agriculture to oil production resulted in changes in the livelihood structure of the community. This research aims to analyze the socioeconomic changes in Mojodelik Village in relation to the presence of Exxon Mobile. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study research type. the research location is located in Mojodelik Village, Gayam Subdistrict, Bojonegoro Regency. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed with three steps: Data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results include positive changes in education and the economy, but also illustrate regression in aspects of culture and agriculture. The research conclusions point to the need for careful handling of the complex impacts of industrial development on communities, taking into account the balance between economic growth and the preservation of local values.
