Abstract
The selection of Tower crane layout in high-rise building construction significantly influences the success of a project, especially concerning time and cost. Errors in Tower Crane layout selection can lead to increased working hours, ultimately resulting in project cost escalation. Therefore, this research aims to compare the effectiveness of the existing Tower Crane layout (Location A) with the layout determined by the author (Location B), considering various factors such
as time, cost, and field conditions. The data processing results from this study
indicate that Tower Crane Location B is more effective than Tower Crane
Location A in terms of time, cost, and field conditions.
