Abstract

The manufacture of the Student Center Building and SBSN Hall Construction Project, UIN Datokarama Palu campus II began on June 12 2023. This building construction project has a scope of work, namely structure, architecture and MEP. This project is planned for completion in December 2023 over 8 months. The Construction Project for the Student Center Building and SBSN Hall Campus II UIN Datokarama Palu experienced delays from the 14th week to the 16th week of -3.34% to -3.87%. Identification of problems that have been carried out shows that delays in implementation are caused by changes in design and development planning. Therefore, implementation was accelerated to shorten the development project time and overcome delays in project work. The TCTO method is used for this literature by adding overtime working hours as effective schedule planning for the project. The TCTO method is useful for analyzing additional costs and analyzing the influence of activity time which can speed up the duration of implementation. The TCTO method will produce minimum cost usage data for the maximum acceleration duration. Based on the initial project schedule of duration 203 it is known to have a cost of IDR 20,268,520.00. Accelerating 2 hours of overtime work results in 207 days with a cost of IDR 37. 399.688 and a total budget of IDR 20.391.170.733,71, while for 4 hours of overtime working hour, we obtain 204 days with a cost of IDR 75.618.750 with a total cost of IDR 20.372.613.211,58.
