Abstract
Background: Stroke is one of the main health problems in the world. The journey of stroke treatment can take quite a long time, so patience is needed in undergoing treatment. Treatment over a long period of time has the potential to cause fatigue, boredom and burden on sufferers so that they feel like giving up on treatment and not continuing treatment. Commitment is required in the stroke treatment process where this is influenced by perceptions and behavior that can influence the success of treatment for stroke sufferers. Objective: To find out how the patient's perception and behavior during the stroke treatment process is carried out.
