PEMENUHAN HAK ASUH ANAK TENAGA KERJA INDONESIA DALAM UU NO. 39 TAHUN 1999 DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF ABDULLAH NASHIH ULWAN (Studi Kasus di Pulau Bawean, Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur)

The purpose of this research is to understand how the fulfillment of children from families of migrant workers (TKI) on Bawean Island is, and also to ascertain children's rights according to Law No. 39 of 1999, from the perspective of Abdullah Nasih Ulwan who is in that area. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The informants in this research are the community members working as TKI on Bawean Island, Sangkapura District, Gresik Regency, totaling 5 informants. This study found that, firstly, in fulfilling children's rights, it can be assessed through the prevailing positive law, so that children remain well protected from physical, sexual, and psychological violence. Secondly, the parenting patterns from Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's perspective have a relevant contribution to be used as a foundation or guideline in educating children's morality, spirituality, and intelligence, as Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's thought about parenting today, by using exemplary education, habituation, advice, supervision, and punishment, will create pious children.
