Abstract
The criminal act of corruption is not only classified as an extraordinary crime because it is systematic, endemic and has a comprehensive scope which of course is very detrimental to society in general, the nation and the state. Corruption has been categorized as an extraordinary crime by various countries, including Indonesia. The problems discussed in this research are: What is the basis for the judge's consideration in handing down a decision on a criminal act of corruption in criminal decision 29/pid.sus-tpk/2021/pn. jkt.pst?. The aim of this research is to find out the basis of the judge's consideration in handing down a decision on a criminal act of corruption in criminal decision 29/pid.sus-tpk/2021/pn.jkt.pst and to find out the court's decision on a criminal act of corruption in terms of its extra nature. ordinary crime'' on criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia with the aim of punishment in criminal decision number 29/Pid.sus-tpk 2021/pn.jkt.pst. The research method used is normative legal research and uses a case approach and also uses a conceptual approach. The results of the research are that criminal acts of corruption are viewed from the nature of extraordinary crimes regarding the judge's considerations in mitigating matters in decision Number 29//Pid.sus-tpk/2021/PN. Jkt. Pst. It is not relevant because insults and insults should be received by the perpetrator from the community considering the extraordinary nature of the crime and it was committed during the non-natural disaster Covid-19. Apart from that, the extraordinary nature of corruption requires extraordinary measures and extraordinary measures.
