Abstract
Leadership style and burnout are things that need to be considered regarding employee performance. In terms of performance, of course employees face feelings of boredom and dislike towards their superiors, which causes employees to experience physical fatigue and psychological disorders. This research aims to find out whether leadership style and burnout have a negative influence on employee performance. Furthermore, the method used in this research is quantitative with an associative approach. In this research, the sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. Participants in this research were all employees with a total of 33 employees. Hypothesis testing used used multiple regression analysis and showed that there was a significant positive relationship between leadership style and burnout and employee performance. Based on the results obtained, it shows that leadership style and burnout have an influence on employee performance. Therefore, it proves that leadership style and burnout have an impact on current performance. The implication of this research is that it is hoped that employees will improve their leadership style and reduce burnout.
