BENTUK PEMBIMBINGAN KEMASYARAKATAN PADA KLIEN PEMASYARAKATAN EX NARAPIDANA KASUS NARKOBA (Studi di Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Malang)

The problem of drug crime cases in Indonesia is increasing and provide a wide range of hazard impacts. Form of correctional guidance as an attempt to improve the quality of life, maintain social recovery and prevent recidivist risk in correctional clients ex drug case convict. Malang Class I Correctional Center is one of the institutions that organizing correctional guidance. This research aims to describe and analyze the form of correctional guidance to clients ex drug convict and obstacles experienced by clients of ex-drug convict in the process of correctional guidance. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation, while analysis techniques with data condensation, data presentation and withdrawal conclusion/verification. The results of this study show that Malang Class I Correctional Center in organizing correctional guidance, namely mentoring, guidance and supervision have been carried out well in implementation. However, there are obstacles faced by the Malang Class I Correctional Center in the community guidance process, including ineffective management, a lack of quantity of human resources at the Class I Malang Correctional Center, and constraints in terms of area
