ANALISIS PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM ATAS IDENTITAS ANAK PELAKU ATAU KORBAN TINDAK PIDANA YANG DIUNGKAP DALAM PUTUSAN PENGADILAN DITINJAU DARI UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 11 TAHUN 2012 TENTANG SISTEM PERADILAN PIDANA ANAK

This research aims to discuss the disclosure of children's identities as stated in decisions made by law enforcement officials and legal protection for the actions taken. The research method used is normative, also called doctrinal research. Using this normative juridical research approach, namely an approach using literature or document studies and expert opinions related to Undang-undang Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The legal materials used in this research are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Data analysis techniques use library research. The results of this research show that the form of closure of children's identities carried out by law enforcement officers, whether in reading court decisions, social media or on law enforcement officers' websites, as well as law enforcement regarding the closure of children's identities by law enforcement officers, has not been carried out in legal practice, so it is considered violates children's protection rights and children do not receive protection.
