Abstract

The level of organizational commitment possessed by employees greatly influences the success of an organization in achieving organizational goals. Organizational commitment is influenced by several factors, one of which is the psychological contract and organizational climate. This research aims to determine the influence of the psychological contract and organizational climate on organizational commitment in generation Z employees. This research used 226 generation Z employee subjects with a research population of 569. The sampling technique in this research used simple random sampling. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The research results show that the psychological contract and organizational climate have a significant effect on organizational commitment, with a significance value of 0.000 with an F value of 88.044. The influence of the psychological contract and organizational climate on organizational commitment is 44.1%, while the remaining 55.9% is influenced by factors outside the variables that were not studied.
