Abstract

Floor sheet is a significant structural component of buildings that is made from concrete composition and was planned by guttering the live loads, worked in a shore up formation. To produce an economical but also safe guaranteed sheet formation, in this final task it is planned in creating a significant structural of sheet using conventional that is compared to “Floor Deck” sheet structure which uses composit formation within, based on SNI 1727 – 2013. Regarding to Minimum Expense for Building Design and Other Structure, Guidelines for Planning of Earthquake Resilience in the Structure of the Building and Non Building SNI 1726 – 2012 that is fully equipped with Technical Guidance of Unit Price Analysis at Building Work Area of Cipta Karya Residence SNI 2017 and also HSPK Activity Unit Price from Surabaya in 2015. The Floor Deck has several function, it is common to use as a replacement of the plate as well as a fixed form with high inexpensive working time, thus, it has shorter time than the others. In the calculation analysis in this final task found the work of reinforcement, formwork and foundry with a volume of 2959,53 m2 obtained deviation cost difference with the weight percentage of 22% and the difference in employment time by 59% faster.
