Abstract
In Indonesia, precisely in Tulungagung itself, the problem of children who are in conflict with the law of abuse is a common matter. This research is intended to identify the factors that make a children who are in conflict with the law of harassment. It aims to provide a benefit to the legal academics, the law enforcement and the community. To minimize a children who are in conflict with the law of harassment. A sociological juris is a type of research that aims to find out the legal reality in the field or an approach that is based on the problem concerning the thing that is Yuridic and the reality that exists. The number of criminal acts of persecution involving children who are in conflict with the law by being members of the high school in conflict with the Law in the territory of Polres Tulungagung Period Year 2020 – 2023. Of these data, 40 reports entered in the year 2020 to 2023. By 2020, there will be 1 incoming report and 1 can be resolved differently at the police level, while by 2022 it will increase to 18 incoming reports and 16 of them will be resolve differently, until 2023 a slight decrease in the number of 15 cases and only 12 could be resolves differently. The application of differences in the criminal acts of persecution between silat colleges in the Resor Tulungagung Police Department can be said to be effective because in practice it is already in accordance with the laws in force.
