Peningkatan Kapasitas Guru SD Muhammadiyah 1 Kesamben dalam Mengasah Jiwa Kewirausahaan Siswa

SD Muhammadiyah 1 Kesamben is one of Muhammadiyah's Charitable Businesses (AUM) in the field
of primary education which is located on Kelud Road Tuwuh Rejo Hamlet RT 02 RW 03 Kesamben
Village/District, Blitar Regency, East Java Province. To oversee the vision and mission of SD Muhammadiyah 1
Kesamben in providing quality education services post the COVID-19 pandemic, teachers need to be equipped
with skills in honing students' entrepreneurial spirit. So, lecturers give the training about skills in honing
students' entrepreneurial spirit to teachers. The method of implementing is carried out by providing direct
training to Teachers how to hone students' entrepreneurial spirit. The material provided includes 6 categories
of benefits of entrepreneurship, 5 characteristics of entrepreneurship, 13 general characteristics of
entrepreneurs, efforts that teachers can make, and 5 tips to support children's entrepreneurial spirit. There
are 3 questionnaires will be administered to teachers, namely: pre-training questionnaire, during training, and
after training. Based on the questionnaire given after the training, 7 (87.5%) teachers stated that the training
was very useful and 1 teacher (12.5%) stated that the training was quite useful.
