Abstract
Lack of infrastructure, technology, knowledge and difficult market access for rural farmers leads to urbanization of people from villages to cities. Urbanization affects the agricultural sector because agricultural workers are mostly rural people. In 2021, agriculture decreased by 0.14% compared to 2020 if this continues, it can threaten Indonesia's food security. Researchers used a qualitative approach using the concept of North-South Cooperation. The Indonesian government collaborates with the Australian government in the Partnership for Promoting Rural Incomes throught Support for Market in Agriculture (PRISMA) with the results of the implementation of PRISMA and EWINDO to create applications to advance Indonesia's agricultural sector and trial agricultural drones used for spraying pesticides.
