Abstract
Human rights are rights inherent in every human being, their humanity is recognized without the qualifications of gender, race, skin color, language, religion, politics, country, social status, wealth and birth. These human rights include the right to a decent living, the right to freedom and the human right to peace. The problem discussed in writing this thesis is what forms of human rights violations occurred in the re-education camps against Uighur Muslims when the re-education policy was issued by the Chinese government. The research method used in this research is Juridical-Normative using a Library Approach. The research results show that violations against humanity are ongoing during the implementation of the Re-education Policy by the People's Republic of China such as the Han Ethnic Migration Program, China's Monocultural Policy, Prohibition of Religious Activities, Birth Control, Education Curriculum Restrictions, Deoxyribo Neclic Acid (DNA) Collection Program, Re-education Camp. All violations of human rights, including race, culture, color, gender, nationality, religion or belief. They must be respected, upheld and protected so that they cannot be reduced or taken away by others according to Article 2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which makes human rights issues an international problem. It is hoped that the existence of this human rights instrument will show moral commitment in the international world, so that the protection of human rights will become a standard or example for many countries around the world. States were founded and established to protect human rights, including life, liberty, and property. Therefore, everything that has been done and directed in the camp by guards and officials will become an international problem so that it can be raised before the International Court of Justice.
