Abstract
The emerging adulthood phase is a phase full of challenges and if not assisted with the right strategy it can affect the level of psychological well-being. Self-regulation in learning and resilience is one way to get through the emerging adulthood phase. The aim of this research is to determine the simultaneous influence of self-regulation and resilience on psychological well-being in emerging adulthood. This study used a multiple linear regression method with subjects aged 18-25 years. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. The instruments used were the Self-Regulated Scale (SRQ), CD-RISC 25, and Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale. The research results show that self-regulation and resilience simultaneously influence psychological well-being with a significant value of p<.001. The contribution of self-regulation and resilience to psychological well-being is 62.2% in a positive direction.
