Abstract
By utilizing the UX Journey method, this research aims to enhance the user interface and filtering system of the Flight Booking System application. The results indicate that users require convenience and speed when purchasing tickets. It is hoped that the application design will improve user experience and fulfill customer needs for online ticket booking. This research is expected to aid in the development of a more user-friendly application.
