One of the activities that utilize the development of technology, and the internet is transactional activities. The use of technology and the internet in business introduces digital business methods. Therefore, booking tickets through internet services is a must. Information in addition to the convenience of online ticket booking. The system developed is a web-based airplane ticket reservation system that can provide airplane reservation information and airplane tickets to consumers. The object used in this task is an online ticket booking application. The purpose of developing this system is so that users feel more helped by the flight booking system. In addition, it can support the performance of its users. The method used in this research is a qualitative data collection method in collecting data by means of interviews and observations. By doing this research, it is hoped that it can find out what are the problems of users when using the system and can find out what solutions should be given for this in order to reduce the problems that occur.
