Analisis Faktor Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi pada Website InfoKHS dengan Menggunakan Model DeLone dan McLean

The development of information technology is now experiencing a rapid increase, one aspect that is currently in the main spotlight is the use of information technology in the education sector. One way that can be done to take advantage of this development is to use the internet and build a website. Websites can be used to disseminate academic information. Muhammadiyah University of Malang is one of the educational institutions that implements information technology developments in the education sector, one of the systems owned by Muhammadiyah University of Malang is InfoKHS. Researchers analyze and measure the level of success of the InfoKHS system to find out whether the system can be said to be successful or not for a website that plays an important role in the education sector. The method or model used in this analysis is DeLone and McLean, using six variables, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction and net benefit.
