Abstract
This study aims to solve user problems by analyzing and implementing the UX Journey method, providing solutions to flight ticket booking problems, and to validate and verify airline problems using requirement metrics and acceptance criteria. The research method used is UX Journey which is a method to help researchers visualize scenarios of user problems.
In this study, the flow of methods is carried out with the same stages as in the UX Journey, namely the phase of user approach to explore information about problems faced in using the software. Then for the sample from the study are some users of flight booking applications. With these samples, do data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, this method is an analytical technique that studies the state of a group of people, objects, conditions and facts. The results of research using the UX Journey method are interviews, observations and data analysis, which are then made prototype images with development that solves user problems.
The author conducts testing, validation and verification of Flight Booking application design solutions using Acceptance Criteria and User Requirement Metrics. The results show that the design solution has been accepted by all respondents, indicating successful validation, while verification shows that the design solution can be considered well verified, although some aspects still require further development.
