The uneven development of the eastern part of Indonesia is more lagging behind than the western part. At the city level in the western region, for example, Mataram City has better economic growth and prosperity (indicated by unemployment and poverty rates) compared to the Bima City area (Mataram City HDI, 2022). The type of data used is secondary data. Society is not influenced by capital expenditure variables. Community welfare is usually synonymous with human development, but much of the research currently being conducted focuses more on financial performance and should focus on stakeholders within regional governments. Thus, researchers recommend that further research involve the role of stakeholders and employees as benchmarks for financial performance to help improve the welfare of regional communities.
