PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP KORBAN TINDAK PIDANA BALAS DENDAM PORNOGRAFI (REVENGE PORN) DI INDONESIA

Revenge Porn is a form of coercion or threats that occurs especially against women with the aim of spreading pornographic content in the form of videos or photos. The perpetrators of revenge pornography are usually one of the victim's close friends, usually a boyfriend, ex-girlfriend or someone who cannot be identified. The consequences of these actions will of course have a negative impact on the victim, such as immaterial losses in the form of mental or psychological pressure and even exclusion from society. Law enforcement is important to protect victims from the threat of revenge pornography. The Criminal Code as the underlying regulation regarding the process of carrying out attention must pay attention to each victim's rights. This research uses normative legal research methods by examining all related laws and regulations. The data used in this research was collected by means of literature studies such as regulations, journals which were reviewed based on expert opinions.
