Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of gender (life expectancy ratio, average years of schooling ratio, open unemployment rate ratio) and fiscal decentralization (fiscal decentralization degree ratio, capital expenditure ratio) on the inclusiveness of economic growth in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The methodology is quantitative in nature obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) which covers ten districts/cities in West Nusa Tenggara Province from 2013-2021. This research uses a panel data regression analysis method using the Fixed Effect Model approach to determine the influence of the dependent variable on the independent variable.
The findings of this research show that the gender-based development index variable, namely the ratio of average years of schooling, has a positive and significant value, the life expectancy ratio has a negative and insignificant value, the open unemployment rate ratio has a negative and no value, the variable for the degree of fiscal decentralization, namely the degree ratio. Fiscal decentralization has a negative and significant value, the capital expenditure ratio has a positive and significant value on the inclusiveness of economic growth.
