TINDAK PIDANA PEMERASAN DI LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH DASAR WILAYAH KECAMATAN ALANG-ALANG LEBAR KOTA PALEMBANG

This research aims to find out and analyze how NGOs act in schools in Alang-Alang Lebar District. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the criminal act of extortion is committed by LSM in schools in Alang-Alang Lebar District. The research method used in this research is an empirical approach. The research data in this study uses interviews and literature study. And from the results of this conclusion it was found that there was a criminal act committed
in the above case which is regulated in article 368 of the Criminal Code paragraph (1). The legal basis that can be considered by the judge is focused on the prosecutor's request, facts, charges
and evidence based on existing evidence.
