PEMBANGUNAN SISTEM INFORMASI ARSIP DOKUMEN BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE AGILE-SCRUM (STUDI KASUS: DISKOMINFO)

The importance of efficiency and accessibility in document archive management has encouraged the development of web-based information systems as a solution to overcome these challenges. Currently DISKOMINFO is still doing manual management and archiving. This research aims to develop a web-based Document Archive Information System by applying the Agile-Scrum method to increase flexibility, user involvement, and more accurate results. The development method used is Agile-Scrum, which allows the information system development process to run flexibly. The stages in the Agile-Scrum methodology, such as product owner interviews, product backlog determination, sprint backlog determination and sprint execution, are used to make system development more effective. The system was built using the PHP language with the Laravel framework which is open source and has the concept of model-view-controller (MVC). The final result of this research is a web-based Document Archive Information System that allows users to access, search, and manage field and sub-field documents efficiently. Features such as search, document categorization, and document management can help users in optimizing the process of archiving and finding documents. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution in improving the efficiency of document archive management in various organizational environments.
