DENTIFIKASI RONDE KEPERAWATAN DI RUANG RAWAT INAP DIPONEGORO BAWAH RSUD KANJURUHAN KAB. MALANG

Background: Nursing rounds are activities to address patient nursing problems carried out by nurses, and patients are involved to discuss, carry out nursing care and involve all members of the health team. Implementation of nursing rounds that are not yet optimal can be one of the factors that prolongs the healing process of patients in hospitals, nurses are also one of the factors that affect the quality of nursing care and are the most decisive factors for achieving optimal health services with quality nursing care.
Method: The research design uses a qualitative descriptive basis, which is able to describe the research object in detail with a description that cannot be explained numerically. The variables in this study consisted of only one variable, namely "Implementation of Nursing Rounds". The method in this report is by observing the activities of nurses and interviewing nurses.
Results: he nurse in the room has never done a nursing round, the nurse thinks that currently she has done a semi-round, namely the guard shift for every nurse shift.
Conclusion: The nurse in the room has never done a round of nursing, the nurse thinks that currently she has done a semi-round, namely the guard shift for every nurse shift.
