Abstract

The purpose of this study is to link financial literacy, financial attitudes, selfefficacy and financial management behavior. This research was conducted through questionnaires given to 234 UMKM respondents who met the sampling criteria and were taken using purposive random sampling techniques. The collected data was analyzed using the SmartPLS 4 method. The results of the analysis showed a significant relationship between financial literacy and financial attitudes towards
financial management behavior,In addition, self-efficacy also showed that it did not mediate the relationship between financial literacy, financial attitudes towards financial management behavior. This shows that an individual's confidence in his or her ability to manage finances plays an important role in linking knowledge and attitudes with concrete action
