Abstract
Background: Post Sectio-Caesarea is a condition after surgery or surgery with an incision in the uterine wall in order to remove the fetus. The risk of complications that patients are rarely aware of that may occur due to SC events will have an impact on the mother's body as well as biological structure and psycho-emotional behavior as well as social life and social relationships, because it involves surgical procedures and anesthesia. This case study aims to identify nursing care for Mrs. RH P1101Ab200 post sectio caesarea H-0 for indications of BSC, hypertension and hyperthyroidism at UMM Hospital.
Method: This research is a case study structured through a series of nursing care including: assessment, data analysis, nursing intervention, implementation and evaluation. The process of assessing and collecting data is carried out using various techniques, including: interviews with patients, observation and documentation.
Results: Based on the results of the assessment, there were five main diagnoses, namely: acute pain, fatigue, risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion, risk of infection and increased readiness to become parents. Then the intervention given to the patient Mrs. RH is pain management, energy management, TTV monitoring, infection prevention and promotion of family anticipation.
Conclusion: After carrying out these five nursing actions for 3 x 24 hours, on April 12 2023 the nursing problems experienced by the patient can be resolved and the intervention is stopped, the patient plans to be sent home or KRS and specifically for the problem of risk of infection it is recommended to carry out a complete blood check evaluation during control at POLI OBGYN.
