Abstract
This study aims at analyzing the effect of work flexibility and compensation on partner performance through job satisfaction as a mediation. The population of this study was ShopeeFood driver partners in Malang Raya, East Java, Indonesia. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with simple random sampling. The samples used were 150 respondents. The data analysis method employed Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The findings show that work flexibility and compensation have a significant effect on performance. Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction but not job flexibility. The role of mediation also shows that job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of compensation on performance, but cannot mediate the effect of work flexibility on performance.
