ALASAN PEMAAF PADA TINDAK PIDANA DALAM PASAL 335 KUHP TENTANG PENGUSIRAN ORANG TIDAK DI KENAL OLEH SEORANG PETANI YANG MASIH MEMBAWA ALAT PERTANIAN BERUPA JOMBRETAN

This study discusses the process of criminal acts from criminal cases involving threats using sharp weapons which are appointed as the main object of research. This research was conducted to find out related to the settlement of cases through the courts in cases running in court with case number 535/pid.b/2022/pn.kpn the method used in this research is empirical juridical research by analyzing the law written in this case the law - laws and perma and library materials as well as direct research into the field related to ongoing cases, namely at the malang regency religious court. The results of this study are that the villagers are ignorant of the enactment of laws in indonesia.
