Abstract
In this research, researchers were at the research location to find out the rationality of the people of Kupang City's choice to become online motorcycle taxi drivers, how to manage their work time and become online motorcycle taxi drivers, as well as conducting interviews with informants. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type. Qualitative research is used to examine natural objects where the researcher is the main instrument. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are 1. There is no competition. What the researchers mean here is that 2018 is the year when Grap just became popular in Kupang City. 2. Flexible time What the researcher means here is that online motorcycle taxi work can be done at any time, whether in the morning, afternoon, evening or night. 3. The income factor in question is related to the income a person gets from the work he does which can help meet his living needs. In accordance with the data that has been obtained, it can be concluded as follows: Online motorcycle taxi drivers come from various groups, such as lecturers, office employees and so on. Apart from that, online motorcycle taxis for some people are their main job, while for others it is a side job
