Abstract
Meaningful work merupakan keadaan psikologis yang terkait dengan makna dan tujuan
pekerjaan yang positif, sehingga individu merasa pekerjaannya penting dan memberikan manfaat
yang besar. Pekerjaan yang bermakna menjadi pembahasan penting dalam dunia industri dan
organisasi, sebab dampaknya yang sangat besar terhadap pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Perlu
diketahui apa saja sebab-musabab (anteseden) suatu pekerjaan menjadi bermakna. Scoping review
ini bertujuan menganalisis 31 jurnal internasional dan menyajikan literatur mengenai anteseden
dari pekerjaan yang bermakna. Setelah proses reviu dilakukan, ditemukan 29 anteseden yang
berhubungan dan memengaruhi pekerjaan yang bermakna. Hasil reviu menunjukkan bahwa,
anteseden yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah job crafting sebanyak 12%, Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) sebanyak 10%, ethical leadership sebanyak 7%, authentic leadership sebanyak 7%,
transformational leadership sebanyak 5%, person job fit sebanyak 5%, dan lain-lain sebanyak 2%.

Abstract. Meaningful work is a psychological state related to the meaning and purpose of
positive work, so that individuals feel that their work is important and can produce great benefits.
Meaningful work is an important discussion in the industrial and organizational sector, because of
its big impact on achieving organizational goals. It is necessary to know what are the antecedents
of a job’s meaningfulness. This scoping review to analyze 31 international journals and present
literature on the antecedents of meaningful work. After the review process, 29 antecedents
were found that relate to and influence meaningful work. The review results show that the most
common antecedents found are job crafting (12%), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) (10%),
ethical leadership (7%), authentic leadership (7%), transformational leadership (5%), person job fit
(5%), and others (2%).
