Abstract
Migrant workers from Indonesia tend to work as household members (domestic assistants) and the majority are women. Women will often experience problems when migrating. Under high pressure, migrant workers tend to experience mental health problems, this is caused by the stressful environment and working conditions of the companies where they work. The aim of this research is to reduce anxiety, increase self-confidence to rise, and maintain the social functioning of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) by leisure activity. This research uses a quantitative approach by conducting one-group pre-post test experimental research. The research instrument used was the General Health Questionnaire-12 (GHQ-12) with 11 research subjects required. The results obtained show that in the aspect of social functioning and self-confidence to rise above, there is a significant difference between the previous condition and the condition after the intervention. On the other hand, in the aspect of anxiety, the level of anxiety decreased, but there was no significant difference before or after treatment
