Abstract
Education in Indonesia has many controls that must be faced, one of the obstacles that always occurs every year is academic procrastination. There are many things that can create academic procrastination behavior, one of which is anime. However, even though academic procrastination is always a problem every year, there is a way to reduce academic procrastination behavior, namely by self-efficacy Therefore, this research aims to find out whether there is an influence on the intensity of watching anime and self-efficacy towards academic procrastination behavior. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis models to determine the influence between variables. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling with a total of 349 subjects. There are 3 scales used in this research, viewing intensity scale, self-efficacy scale and procrastination academic scale. The results show that the intensity value of watching Anime is β=.679 as large as indicating a positive value, while the value self-efficacy is β=-.308 as large as indicating a negative influence. Thus, these two research hypotheses can be accepted
