Abstract
This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of sales promotion, trust and e-service quality on online purchasing decisions. This research used quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. A sample of 190 was carried out using purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis technique. The research results found that sales promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, trust had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and e-service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
