Abstract
Optimal performance among employees is the aspiration of every organization, as the contributions of each employee significantly determine the success of the institution/organization. The Indonesian National Police Mobile Brigade (Brimob Polri), faced with high demands and workloads, encounters challenges related to the well-being of its employees, which can impact their productivity and performance. Therefore, the presence of workplace well-being or individual well-being in the workplace becomes a crucial factor in mitigating the negative effects of a challenging work environment. The objective of this research is to examine the role of workplace well-being in the performance of Brimob Polri personnel.The research methodology employed is non-experimental quantitative research. The study includes a sample of 100 Brimob members selected through purposive sampling. Two scales are utilized in this research: the workplace well-being scale to measure well-being in the workplace and the performance scale to assess employee performance. The data analysis employs a simple linear regression test. The results indicate that workplace well-being significantly influences the performance of Brimob members. The contribution of workplace well-being to performance is determined to be 22.3%.
