The background for writing the final assignment is to fulfill the requirements for passing the COE internship. And also this writing was written as material to meet the graduation standards for obtaining a Bachelor of Laws degree. The purpose of this writing is to determine the implementation of resolving land ownership disputes caused by multiple Deeds of Sale and Purchase through the Litigation settlement process. This research method is an empirical juridical research method with a Socio Legal research type. The results of the research are that you can find out about position cases obtained from research, interviews and direct assistance in solving them. From the results of this research, it is then described and analyzed starting from the initial settlement process, namely the lawsuit, to the final or decision. In researching and analyzing a case and its resolution, it is necessary to know the main problem, and follow each resolution process in order to obtain significant data as material for analysis.
