Abstract
The aim of this study is to ascertain the correlation between characteristics related to service quality, product availability, perceived value, and customer happiness. Via validity and reliability testing, Smart PLS 4 is the analytical method used to ascertain the impact of the link between these factors. The study's findings demonstrate that customer satisfaction is positively impacted by both product availability and service quality, and that both factors have a positive and significant impact on perceived value. Customer happiness is not positively impacted by perceived value or quality of service, though. According to the research's findings, customers' value perception intents and satisfaction may be successfully raised by enhancing service quality and emphasizing product availability.
