Drug abuse has become a problem in Indonesia, where in recent years it has become a very serious problem. This research aims to find out how enforcement in Indonesia is in eradicating narcotics and what the criminal sanctions are for dealers. In writing this final assignment, what was carried out was an empirical type of juridical research. Because this research examines the applicable legal provisions and understands what is happening in society. in the process of resolving drug criminal cases, the cases discussed are in accordance with the application of the applicable law. The judge should provide leniency for the defendant considering that the defendant admits his mistake and does not hinder the trial process.
