Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of non-physical work environment on employee loyalty. (2) determine the effect of non-physical work environment on job satisfaction. (3) determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty. (4) knowing the mediating role of job satisfaction on the relationship between non-physical work environment and employee loyalty. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS 25. This study used 48 respondents with probability sampling using total sampling approach. The results of this study were (1) the non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty. (2) non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (3) job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty (4) job satisfaction mediates the relationship between non-physical work environment on employee loyalty.
