PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA PERBUATAN MELAWAN HUKUM TENTANG OBYEK LELANG BANGUNAN YANG DISITA BARESKRIM PADA GUGATAN NOMOR REGISTRASI PERKARA 106/Pdt.G/2023/PN Mlg

Land disputes are disputes over control and ownership of land involving land rights and
boundaries/location. This shows that the majority of Indonesian people already know the rights
and boundaries of the land they own/control. This research was conducted with the aim of finding
out the implementation of the resolution of disputes regarding unlawful acts regarding auction
objects confiscated by Criminal Investigation in lawsuit no. 106/Pdt.G/2023/PN Mlg. The research
method uses empirical juridical. The results show that the PMH dispute resolution process for
auction objects confiscated by criminal investigation is in accordance with the provisions of the
Civil Procedure Law. The judge decided that the plaintiff was the legal owner of the disputed
object, and stated that defendant 1, who was the applicant for the auction, and defendant 2, who
guaranteed the auction object to defendant 1, committed an unlawful act together.
